Make a statement with an everyday item! Try something new with your hand soap! This Easy DIY Canning Jar Soap Dispenser is an easy way to dress up your own kitchen or bathroom or you can make it as a gift. I always love homemade gifts because it shows that someone cares enough to take the time to make something with their own hands. This canning jar soap dispenser would be perfect for Mother’s Day, Teacher Appreciation Day, Christmas, a birthday – you name it!
To make it extra special, you could choose an awesome smelling hand soap in a yummy scent. (Can a soap smell be called yummy? I think so!) I personally love cucumber scents, but choose whatever you love yourself and hopefully the gift recipient will like it just as much!

Easy DIY Canning Jar Soap Dispenser

Heres what you need:

Drill
Scissors
Hot glue gun
Canning Jar with lid and ring
2 Bottle of hand soap
Building Process:
Use the Drill to put a hole in the top of the lid.  You may need to use the scissors to stretch the hole to the correct width of the pump.
Use the hot glue gun to glue the pump to the lid.  I did this on the underside so it was out of view.

Next use the scissors to cut the ‘straw’ part of the pump to the desired length.
Put all the pieces together and fill with your soap!
Decorate how you wish!
These are super easy and make great gifts with the Holidays coming up!
