I love a good party mix. Generally, one that is quick, and preferably something the kids can help with is ideal. Peanut Butter Puppy Chow is a simple and kid friendly recipe that all can enjoy!
What you need
5 Cups Corn Chex Mix
½ cup Chunky Peanut Butter
4 Ounces of Butter
1 ½ Cups Powdered Sugar
One Handful Red Melting Chips
Red Sprinkles
Pink Sprinkles
How to make Peanut Butter Puppy Chow
In a large mixing bowl place peanut butter, and butter. Place peanut butter and butter in the microwave for 30-second intervals until mixture is smooth. Stir mixture until smooth.
Add Chex mix to peanut butter mixture, and gently mix and toss until Chex is completely covered. Add powdered sugar. Toss until Chex mixture is coated. Add a handful of red melting chips. Add sprinkles ½ teaspoon of each color of sprinkles. Place mixture in a bag and shake.
