I have always loved seasoned oyster crackers. There are tons of ways you can make them and Creole Seasoned Oysters Crackers is just one. They are the perfect go to for a quick snack for game days, backyard barbecues road trips, late night snacks – you name it!
The recipe calls for only a few ingredients and is super easy to make! While you can choose any creole seasoning for your crackers, we like to flavor them with the classic Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning. It’s a blend of flavorful spices with red pepper, garlic and more. So good!
Similar to creole seasoning is Cajun seasoning – they are both from Southern Louisiana! You can buy it by the bottle or you can easily make your own with this Make Your Own Cajun Seasoning recipe. Of course, you can branch out and try any of your favorite spice or seasoning blends using the same steps below.
